Case study · Jovie

One platform, 150+ franchise locations, every page pulling its weight.

Jovie is a fast-growing franchise brand in the nanny and babysitting industry. They came to us to rebuild their entire web presence — and to build the system that keeps every one of their 150+ locations on-brand, up to date, and converting.

The challenge

One brand, 150+ storefronts, and no room for drift.

Every Jovie location needs its own local marketing page — its team, its services, its ways to sign up for care and apply as a caregiver. Corporate needs all 150+ of those pages to stay consistent and on-brand. Franchisees need enough control to keep their own details fresh. Every inquiry has to land cleanly in the right CRM. And the whole thing has to win a crowded local-search market. No off-the-shelf tool could hold all of that together at once.

The build

A public site that markets 150+ franchises as one brand.

We rebuilt Jovie's entire marketing site — the services for nannies and babysitting, the business offerings, the caregiver application flow, and a local page for every state and service area they operate in.

  • Location pages for every state and service area
  • Caregiver application and service sign-up flows
  • Every inquiry routed straight to the CRM

The platform

Page Manager — the engine behind every franchise page.

Behind the public site, we built Page Manager: the web app where Jovie corporate publishes content to all 150+ locations, and franchisees manage the parts they own — right down to their Google reviews and photos.

  • Corporate content that flows to every location
  • Franchisee controls, plus Google reviews & photos
  • The franchise-facing AI blog engine

We built the front end, the engine behind it, and the growth on top.

Phase 1 · The website

A rebuilt public front end

We rebuilt the whole marketing site — the services Jovie offers for nannies and babysitting, its business offerings, the caregiver application flow, and location pages for every state and area they operate in.

Phase 2 · Page Manager

A content platform for the whole franchise

We built Page Manager, a web app where corporate publishes content that flows to every franchise page, and franchisees control the parts they own — including pulling and managing their Google reviews and photos. Every inquiry routes straight to their third-party CRM.

Phase 3 · Search & AI

An SEO/GEO program and an AI blog engine

We've run an ongoing SEO and GEO initiative that's lifted their rankings significantly — and built a franchise-facing form that feeds an AI engine to draft on-brand WordPress blogs at scale, ready for admins to polish and publish.
